Laurence Owen (Born Gloucester, UK, 1984) is a graduate of Falmouth College of Art (2005) and the Royal Academy Schools (2015). Since graduation Owen has had major solo exhibitions in the UK, and was selected for the John Moores Painting Prize (2016).
He was the recipient in 2015 of both the Royal Academy Schools International Bursary and The Painter-Stainers Gordon Luton Award. He lives and works in London.
